Use array in schema to list multiple devices

Replaces https://gitlab.esss.lu.se/iocs/ioc-types/templates/pssol-ncl/-/merge_requests/1 and https://gitlab.esss.lu.se/iocs/ioc-types/templates/pssol-scl

The only distinction between these two types is the number of power supplies between different instances, which can be easily solved with an array in the schema
