Update motors and hw config files + update ecmc to v8

  • Updated from ecmc v6 to v8 (despite the branch name implying v7) (fixes !1 (merged)).
  • Updated axis description, name and homing procedure.
  • Disabled axis software limits.
  • Updated slaves list and indexes (removed EL5101). Since the axis is on an open loop config, there is no encoder module in the crate.
  • Support files for Phytron VSS 57.200.2.5 motor were moved to ecmccfg.
  • EL7041-0052 is now configured using ecmccfg (see previous item).
  • Fixed motor model (it is a Phytron VSS 57.200.2.5 not a Nanotec ST4118M1804-B).
  • Removed old files.
  • Update prefixes to comply with naming service.
  • Update ecmcgeneralopi to latest commit.
  • Update IMG OPI to be more aligned with ESS guidelines.
