Update to ecmc version 8

As per @javiercereijogarcia request:

  • Update from EPICS base version 7.0.4 to version 7.0.6.1.
  • Update from require version 3.3.0 to version 4.0.0.
  • Deleted systemd service.
  • Fix project URL in README.md.
  • Update ecmc from version 6.3.3 to version 8.0.0.
  • Update ecmccfg from version 6.3.3 to version 8.0.0 (including ecmccfg property names).
  • Use ESS PV naming convention.
  • Now calls require essioc and common_config.iocsh.
  • Remove (explicit) call to iocInit.
  • Remove db, envs and iocsh folders along with respective README files.
  • Nanotec ST4118M1804-B motor is supported in ecmccfg since version 7.0.1. Remove local files and use the upstream ones.
