This MR updates the IOC in order to reflect the following hardware changes:

  1. Substitution of the EL7041-0052s for El7047s.
  2. Brake control now is handled by EL7047 firmware (Output #2 - pin 8).

Please note: as a consequence we cannot get the """brake status""" via the the binary output readback anymore. I'm currently studying if we can get the status from the driver itself.
