PBIWSLWU-4: Update acceleration parameter to fix jagged motion

Increases the ECMC_ACCS_EGU_PER_S2 by a factor of ten to fix the problem causing a loud erratic sound during a movement sequence. Some further testing to be performed with scope view to fix a lag error which sometimes appears.

Also decreases the homing velocity to a lower initialization value.
