Updated according to the new xtpico configuration. Needs the latest and greatest e3-xtpico version that is not yet released. Once the changes to the xtpico module are merged necessary changes are merged to the xtpico module now, so the e3-xtpico needs to be updated (already updated) and released, then this can be merged
