Worked on the operator overview OPI:s a bit (mainly the synoptic) and finished the TS2 water system (as requested by Emilio).

Added tooltip descriptions for the embedded magnet displays. Added new symbols to the accelerator synoptic. Added the functionality of having icons in the synoptic in different colours for different states.

Created and added the Beam Permit and Systems Permit control screens to the main overview screen of the Navigator. Logic has been included.

Added Johannes Kazantzidis OPI screens for the target systems. Preparing for restructuring the folder structures.

The Synoptic now looks quiet pretty and valves controls have been added (both VVMC and VVS) for the ISrc-LEBT section.

Added valves to the accelerator synoptics for ISRC-RFQ and embedded displays for VVS and VVMC valves.

Fixed the accelerator synoptics: Now all widgets have the correct aspect ratio and each one has the height 100 px.

All display controllers are now connected via macros and not direct PV names, making it easy to edit, add or remove PV:s as these are defined in the beginning of each .bob-file.

Added plots for the BLM:s in the PBI tab. Each section and some combo sections have their own BLM plot with each BLM's radiation level shown as intensity in the plot.

Beam position trajectory widget added for all sections and some combined sections in the PBI tab under Beam Position. Also some updates to the beam modes checker to assist operators in checking beam permit for different modes.

BPM widgets setup for multiple sections and combined sections of the Linac. Blue line for the vertical BPM zero position has also been added.

worked on the beam settings window: there is now a set of rules implemented which check which modes are accepted / 'OK' and which are not, and why not. The condition failing for the different modes has a red background.
