Deploy the Updated TS2 Cryogenics System Expert level OPI to LCR

Brought back the local Heaters from latest commit before it was accidentally removed (probably when merging the files from Wawr).
TS2 main's changes  merged into Series.

Reversion of the changes from Wawrzyniec's changes - accidentally replaced the TS2 main with his not updated version.

Heaters blockicons and faceplates and plots added for local TS2. TS2 main updated: local blockicons used for EH-[010,020,030,040, 013,023,033,043].

Changed CV-091 blockicon from PV to HV. Changed TE-014 blockicon from CABTR to Lakeshore (as TE-014 was broken in M0, so moved to M1). Bottom version label is now connected to a PV showing the PLC version instead of manually changing it as the OPI updates.

PT100 blockicons were missing the macro for the WIDLabel (required for the PT100 temperature faceplates).
