Resolve "Disable bEnableStopWithAnyLimitSwitch before starting the test"

Describe the way to test your code:

1. Check if bEnableStopWithAnyLimitSwitch (maybe on the MainVisu)
2. Run python ctrlRunTests.py
3. Just after stating that the py ads is on, one of the first it will do is to make bEnableStopWithAnyLimitSwitch to False.
