Resolve "Delete homing from ctrlTestInit.py"

Describe the way to test your code:

  1. Check that at the beginning when running FAT_SAT tools if your axis is homed already, it does not home it again
  2. Check that at the beginning when running FAT_SAT tools if your axis is NOT homed, it homes before starting the tests.
