Add move abs, new position while moving

Add a new test case: Move abs, wait for started, and set a new end position. Note: This feature is part of an upcoming release of tc_mca_std_lib. Note2: This is a very basic test, more can be added later: - change the target position twice - change the target position to the opposite (we already passed it) - change the velocity (not sure how to test this) Note3: Only tested via ADS - EPICS integration not yet started.
