Update to changes done during ESTIA Selene DAT (bugs, typos and new functions)

Change safety margin to 2 when calcuating travel times Add getInTargetPoistion() function Fix bug in getVelocityMax looking in to ErrorID Add function to get accelMax and decelMax Change the move to switch functions to return FALSE instead of sys.exit() Delete the sys.stout line, it caused troubles with visual studio code and bash. the line is not actually needed, only helps for verbose mode. Add extra check of not MovingStatus in waitForStop. Only the velocity check was not working for resolvers. Typo in the pneumatics getErrorStatus function
