v1.5.2: Improvements for FB_1e04_Pneumatic

Improvements for the pneumatic shutter using an 1e04 device:
  The Local Mode is implemented. Just status are shared but no commands from EPICS
  Check if it is a safety shutter and similar to Local Mode only status is shared, no commands from EPICS
  Aux Bit 11 and 10 are used for bLocalMode and bSafetyShutter

Improvements for the pneumatic shutter using an 1e04 device:
  The "target value" is updated when in error state:
    A now possibly closed shutter is updating the EPICS record.
  Aux Bit 12 and 13 are used for pressure high/low
  Bug fix: Remove setting of bReset

v1.4.0: allow custom parameters to use Coe functions

New features:
  Improve the parameter handling:
    custom parameters can define the name and how they are handled
    This makes it possible to read and write more parameters via ADS
  Implement setting for maximal- and reduced- current.
    Some use cases want to power off the motor, disconnect it and
    connect a different one needing different current settings.
    This is now implemented.
Bug fix:
  Sometimes (very seldom) "move velocity" or "home" didn't work,
  the motor didn't start. This was mainly observed when running
  automated tests.
  This has been fixed in the parameter interface
