Add dynamic chopper deployment

Chopper control screens (https://gitlab.esss.lu.se/nice/guis/gui-chop-ctrl/-/tree/master/bob?ref_type=heads) dynamically load the macro variables to create the correct number of sub-screens.

Unfortunatelly, this means when its deployed in a production machine, instead of looking into the macros.xml file it needs to load it from devices.xml file. To know how to handle this, the OPI needs the AREA variable defined.
