ICSHWI-4763 NE1600 Lvl2 final version review

Please, @nicklasholmberg2, @johnsparger, if you can approve this one, please, merging dev into master branch, I'll appreciate (OPIs, so not that easy to interpret the XML, but I'm attaching a picture this time).

Something that could be an improvement on the process, thanks to your feedback Nicklas, is that I linked the repository inside the main "OPIs dashboard" launcher project using a tag; that way it doesn't matter if the newest OPI is in master of in a development branch... even after merge it into master will continue working if someone clone / update the dashboard reposotory.
