Use linter/formatter to put devices in alphabetical order.

Use formatter to put areas and devices labels in alphabetical order.

Since its hard to check if this didn't change anything significant in the inventory, I added a checker to see if all devices in last inventory are still here: inventory-linter@8bd3975e

It shows changes, but only because the formatter detected "SE" in ne1x00 devices labels and added the tags "SE" to it.
