ICSHWI-17924 Add a syn1588 NIC as slave on the PTP network

Closes ICSHWI-17924 I created a new role for eSync specific installation as Anders Harrison advised me to do in earlier implementations. Now it is possible to set master and slave with this playbook by changing syn1588_ptp_stack_class variable; M_EXT (the master setting we are using so far) or S(slave).
