[BUGFIX] QUADs expert panel to show correct external interlock PVs
The QUADs (NGPS) power supplies expert panel needs four macros that will correctly set the PV name for some external fault indicators. This commit simply add those macros and fix the "disconnected PVs" on the OPI.
