Fix issue with water flow switch LED indicator on "Cryomodule Graphical Control" OPI

The tab name on the "Cryomodule Graphical Control" OPI appears incorrectly as "CDS valve controller". The main issue is with the water flow switch LED indicator. During commissioning of water panels, such as SPK-030, the OPI fails to display the correct water flow status despite the presence of good water flow. The task is to investigate and resolve the discrepancy between actual water flow and its indication on the OPI.
