Auto and Forced in Loss of IAR comming to Cryomodules Interlocks

I realized that automatic and forced control of Loss Instrument Air need to be visible in Cryomodule screen.

Why? The Operator will use the CMDS master to trigger this signal. So in that case Interlock handler in cryomodule should be in automode to read signals from Master directly. In case when we need to Start Loss IAR locally, operator can switch to force mode.

Of course, CMDS Master's "Loss of IAR" is working only in Manual Mode. @emilioasensiconejero if you have any doubts please comment with starting review.
