Fixed link typo for ISrc and LEBT in LPS main

Benjamin Bolling requested to merge benjaminsdevgroup/i-src-lebt-system-expert:main into master

There was a typo in the LPS Main OPI link to the ISrc and LEBT Operator level OPIs - instead of "010-ISrc-LEBT", it said "10-ISrc-LEBT". See NSOI-251.
