Work done on the BCM engineering screens - graphical layout rearrangements and connections between differnt screens.

Finished updating the BCM engineering screen: Layout updated in accordance with the ESS layout, I think. Will check with ICS graphical designer to confirm.

Updating the BCM engineering screens' layouts. Left 2 do: 99-Shared/adsis8300bcm .bob-files; bcm, probe_trace, processed, raw.

Updated some embedded display filepaths in 10-top/bcmioc from .opi to .bob. Also rearranged the 99-Shared/adsis8300/ screens to follow ESS standards.

Updated the 10-Top screens: Rearrangement of the converted BCM IOC screens to follow ESS standards. Also fixed filepath to system expert and operator level BCM screens.

before making changes of the OPIs, it is good to have a backup of the files Hinko made which are currently working.
