ICSHWI-13286 Migrate NPM OPIs

Juliano Murari requested to merge add_npm into master
  • EVR Expert OPI Sequencer tab are different (check if we need to migrate the new version).
  • Only ECMC and some .bob files from mrf were migrated. It seems that AD (Area Detector) and snmp (Raritan) OPIS are not being used on the local repo.
  • the other NPM related OPIs were migrated on the "support" folder.
