ICSHWI-17653: Add simplified DAQ OPIs for wires scanners and scintillators

Now when buttons "WS DAQ" and "Scintilltor DAQ" are clicked, new, customized OPIs are shown for them.

They were added to simplify visualization and tests. For wires, the new OPI shows the 4 analog channels only. For scintillators, it shows the 4 pairs of optical channels (PD and APD), plus the APD Gain control in the top of the screen.

The original DAQ OPI, with all/advanced controls, can still be access from these new screens.
