NPM: Update calibration OPI

This MR reflects e3/wrappers/e3-npm!11 (merged)

Changes:

• Minor adjustments to widget size and position to better fit 10px grid
• Use classes for group title and captions
• Remove widgets associated with <pv_name>$(secsub):$(disdevid):$(ORIENT)CAM-SP
• Remove duplicated motor / lens offset (we choose to keep CAM-OFFLENS)
• Add disclaimer and equations cheat sheet
