Add OPI for the Local Oscillator RTM
The LO RTM is installed in the first mTCA system in each MBL section. It supplies LO and sample clock signals to the four LLRF systems in the section.
The "Local Oscillator" button in the overview screen has been enabled for all systems in the affected sections. Since the LO hardware is shared, some buttons will open the same OPI.
