ICSHWI-10750: Add E-Pickup OPIs to RF Top Launcher

Henrique Silva requested to merge ICSHWI-10750_add_epickup into master

Note that for most systems the "E-Pickup 2" will not resolve to anything, since they usually only have one unit.

This will be solved in the future with one "launcher" panel for each section, but this will break all current MRs, so we go with this one as it is at the moment
