Changed Setpoint and Power Output PVs from Heaters blockicons

Hi @gabrielfedel! We (Gabor, actually) have changed the PLC handlers to test Wojtek's PSU and had to change the used PVs in the heaters blockicons, we tested the PVs using my PC and they seem to be showing the values we want, but we need to make more tests with the LCR WS to ensure them. Can we avoid the official deployment route to speed things up? Nuno and the IFJ team are waiting for them. Thanks.
