ready for deployment for cavity conditioning OPIs and coupler conditioning OPIs in TS2

Hi @gabrielfedel, there are some new OPIs for coupler conditioning and cavity conditioning in TS2 (also data browser for each cavities and couplers) which are ready for deployment to the official repository, please check and merge it if everything is fine. Thanks for your help.
