Draft: Add TS2 system overview files

The idea was to move overview opis from ACC systemexpert to ACC TS2 systemexpert to be independent and not apply changes from that to TS2. I also added main_ts2.bob file and fixed paths to subsystems overview. LLRF OPI was updated to version which suits current deploved versions of LLRF modules on TS2
