Added SCU buttons that go to the Mezzanine card

@stefanopavinato A button that displays the SCU number, MC slot number and port number has been made for all systems except LEBT Chopper and MEBT Chopper.

For the LEBT Chopper and MEBT Chopper systems I added a button that only takes the user to the correct SCU. To make this button I needed to create the following files input_system_detailed_scu.bob, input_system_detailed_widget_scu.bob and pane_scu.bob. These files were copied from input_system_detailed.bob, input_system_detailed_widget.bob and pane.bob with some changes.
