added BCP OP modes, updated HP/LP/SP widget

This is a mode selector. The operating mode is selected by choosing the appropriate position from the "Mode" combo box. The selected mode transfers status inputs and outputs to and from the corresponding inputs/outputs of the BCP operating modes implemented by ISA
