update of gas management pannel

This is the update of Gas Management Pannel. Indicators were added based on attachned GMP drawIO file from Xiaotao Su. Today at the morning I put also additional changes from Philipp Arnold. The Process GMP old version was replaced by new one in all known for me buttons. There is an option to come back to old version below WCS button. FI showing m3/h still because it require redeploy of IOC what will be done soon. @EDIT new commit after Philipp's clarifications. I hope that it is not too tight. I wanted to have all aligned with each other.
