CE-2812: Replace fetching data banner with linear progress

Before job is started lineear progress is displayed instead of a banner
saying Fetching data. Once the job is queued then a banner i visible
stating the current job step. Should correspond to stepper state, but
they are out of sync. This issue is reported as a bug and out of this scope.

Includes altering how we handle custom columns in job table, I tought it
a bit more clean to let consuming components send columns as props if
they want something else than the default columns, since custom tables
are now used in two places.

In this commit I also moved error message functionality from create IOC
component to Helpers for re-use in host job table
