ICSHWI-9385: Grammatical and phrasing improvements

Small collection of phrasing and grammatical improvements for the UI.

Note that this does not address the use of "beta". This should perhaps be in a separate MR.

It's fine that we leave out/ignore mentions of beta (as well as the use of the name "CCCE") - we have a separate story/task for that. I do, however, think that we should try to address the inconsistencies in "IOC name" ("IOC Name", "CCDB name") in this MR if possible.

We are ignoring statistics as well as the homepage here, but that seems correct given that there are separate stories that touch on those pages/features.
