CE-3179: Use host pattern to determine deployment scope for each instance

Simon Rose requested to merge simonrose/ics-ans-ccce:use_host_pattern_for_lab_deploy into master

Since it appears that we cannot use smart inventories without throwing out the restriction that IOCs can only be deployed to hosts in the iocs group, we will use the alternate solution that the host pattern is specified on a per-instance basis.

This depends on ics-ans-ioc!82 (closed) to have any effect, as well as that being tagged v1.6.0.

Edit: This dependence is no longer true. After discussion with @andersharrisson, we have agree to have the BE handle this additional limit. As such:

  • We do not need a separate job template for the two hosts
  • We do not need to update the deployment role
