Use Or to select datasets from list of collectors

Sky Brewer requested to merge skybrewer/sds:or-select-datasets into main

Since a dataset only has one collector, it makes sense when submitting multiple collector ids to use an or matching. "should" is the Elasticsearch equivalent to "or"
