Remove scanning OPI button from the DAQ displays, because it is the same
for both DAQs, and move it to the main screen.

Add the OPI files and link them on the main screen of MEBT EMU FE.

PV names were updated in main screen and manager ioc specific screens.

This was needed because more prefixes will be needed, so this format
is being used now for identification and readability.

Both top.bob screen (main) and example launcher (launcher.bob) were
updated.
